Booth Hosts and Hostesses Needed- Stockholm, 20th – 22nd September

We are recruiting freelance Booth Staff to work at an international live corporate medical event. Your duties will involve welcoming, scanning badges, keeping the stand clean and tidy, reception/registration duties, hospitality tasks, guiding delegates where to go before and after they take part in the booth activity, general onsite assistance.

Working dates/times:
Tuesday 20th September: 8am - 5pm
Wednesday 21st September: 9am - 5pm
Thursday 22nd September: 9am - 5pm
Job Role: Booth Hosting
Dress Code: Smart Business Attire - black trousers/knee length skirt, white shirt/blouse with collar, black blazer/jacket, black professional closed toe shoes, hair and make-up should be natural and elegant.
Overview of Tasks/Duties: Welcoming visitors to the stand, scanning their badges, keeping the stand clean and tidy, restock any company material, helping visitors with their queries, reception/registration duties, hospitality tasks / supporting the barista, guiding delegates where to go before and after they take part in the booth activity, general onsite assistance.
Rate: €27 euros per hour payable within 30 days after the last day of the event by bank transfer.
Expenses: €15 euros per day towards lunch and €15 euros per day towards travel

Requirements:
- must be fluent in English and have great communication skills
- must have experience in events / exhibitions / trade fairs / live marketing events / congresses / conferences or similar
- must be professional, punctual, positive, proactive, outgoing, a great team player, friendly and reliable
